Our team will review your request to ensure the items meet our quality standards and are in their original, unassembled condition.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect larger furniture pieces or provide a pre-paid shipping label for smaller homewares.
Quality Check and Refund
After the items arrive back at our warehouse and pass a final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
